Ricardo Lavariega, REALTOR®, one of the top agents with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Starck Real Estate, brings a builder’s insight to every real estate transaction. A lifelong Walworth County resident and licensed Wisconsin contractor who is also licensed in Illinois, Ricardo began his career in his father’s construction business—learning firsthand the fundamentals of homebuilding, renovation, and interior finishes and detailing. Having run Airbnbs and led his own construction projects, that hands-on experience became the foundation of a real estate practice focused on helping clients see not just what a home is, but what it could become.

Since earning his WI real estate license in 2020, and IL license in 2021, Ricardo has completed over $2.7 million in sales across 13 transactions, serving buyers, sellers, and investors throughout the Walworth County Lakes area and beyond. His specialties include fix-and-flip investments, property renovations, and assisting clients in identifying homes with strong long-term value. Having personally stepped in as a contractor after selling homes to clients, he’s created substantial wealth for them through targeted improvements and strategic upgrades.
